About The Course

This course introduces the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act and its impact on existing legal rights and covers:

1. The relevant provisions of the Act and their effects.
2. Options available for enforcement while the Act is in force.
3. The rights and obligations of respective contracting parties after the specified period under the Act ends.
4. Case Study discussion, setting out how a contract may be characterised as falling within the ambit of the Act.
