The field of restructuring and insolvency is constantly evolving and adapting to the changing legal, regulatory and commercial landscape. This year’s edition of the Singapore Insolvency Conference, the largest restructuring and insolvency conference in Singapore, will provide a platform for practitioners, lawyers and financiers to exchange insights and perspectives on pressing and relevant issues in the arena of restructuring and insolvency, with a focus on the day-to-day challenges and opportunities arising in their work.
 
Organised by the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS), this year’s conference will take place on 9 and 10 October 2024 at Marina One Auditorium. Specialist speakers will share their experience and expertise on topics such as the latest legal and regulatory updates and developments affecting the restructuring and insolvency space, best practices and strategies for managing restructuring and insolvency cases, as well as emerging trends and innovations. This year’s conference will also feature a regional forum with various restructuring & insolvency organisations and bodies from South East Asia and beyond.

Participants who wish to obtain CPD Points are reminded that they must comply strictly with the Attendance Policy set out in the CPD Guidelines. For this activity, this includes signing in on arrival and signing out at the conclusion of each day of the activity in the manner required by the organiser. Participants must not be absent from each day of the event for more than 15 minutes. Participants who attend Day 1 and comply strictly with the Attendance Policy on that day may obtain Public CPD Points. Participants who attend Day 2 and comply strictly with the Attendance Policy on that day may obtain Public CPD Points. Participants who do not comply with the Attendance Policy will not be able to obtain CPD Points for attending the activity.
