IPAS-WongPartnership Brown Bag Seminar: 5 Mysteries of the IRDA
WongPartnership LLP and IPAS presented 2024’s first IPAS-WongPartnership Brown Bag Seminar: 5 Mysteries of the IRDA on 27 Mar 2024. Clayton Chong and Adnaan Noor of WongPartnership LLP explored 5 unresolved questions about the interpretation and application of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (IRDA), and touched on topics including cross class cram down, insolvency set-off, priority of scheme and judicial management debts, and proofs of debt during the session.
The event was held at WongPartnership at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3. Exclusive to IPAS members, the Brown Bag Seminar series is intended to create open and interactive dialogues, and opportunities for networking with other industry professionals. Participants were encouraged to share their own experiences, insights and viewpoints on the topics discussed.
