About IPAS YIPC

The Young Insolvency Practitioners Committee (“YIPC”) is a group set up under the auspices of the main IPAS organisational structure. Comprising mainly younger insolvency and legal practitioners, YIPC’s key focus is grooming and elevating Singapore’s future restructuring and insolvency experts.

 

In keeping with the YIPC’s goal of grooming the next generation of restructuring and insolvency talents, the YIPC regularly organises talks and fireside chats by senior practitioners, courses on the latest developments in restructuring and insolvency, as well as casual get-togethers and mixers to promote a stronger restructuring and insolvency community.

The YIPC Executive Committee (Term 2023 / 2024)

The YIPC is headed by an Executive Committee (“Exco”) that is drawn from the younger members of the insolvency and restructuring community. The YIPC Exco liaises with the IPAS secretariat, and assists in organising and spearheading outreach initiatives, events and training programmes for the restructuring and insolvency community.
