20 August 2009 – Proposal for New Section 212A, Companies Act, Cap. 50: A Call for Feedback

The Ministry of Law (MinLaw) and the Insolvency & Public Trustee’s Office (IPTO) are considering amendments to Part VII of the Companies Act, Cap. 50 by introducing a new section 212A that will cater for schemes of arrangement for companies that are insolvent or approaching insolvency.
