Brown Bag is Back! Learn & Network @WongPartnership  

In collaboration with IPAS, WongPartnership’s restructuring and insolvency department will be hosting a Brown Bag session on “Operational Turnaround Strategies in Distress Situations, featuring AlixPartners”.

The topic of the discussion will be on operational turnarounds and how they can fit within a broader restructuring strategy. This session is targeted at group special assets management professionals from banks and financial institutions, private equity funds and distressed and special assets investors, but will also be beneficial to legal, finance and accounting professionals in the R&I space. In the session, Lim Lian Hoon and Mike Haftl from AlixPartners will share insights based on their extensive experience with using operationally driven turnarounds to show how companies in distress can successfully transform their business from financial distress to recovery. This session is intended to be an open and interactive dialogue, and participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences, insights and viewpoints on the topics discussed.
